Safe Business Solutions (SBS) was founded in 2015 out of a desire to help businesses manage new legislative changes. With the introduction of The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and The Employment Relations Amendment Act 2014 the founders of SBS saw that many businesses were struggling with managing these changes and wanted to create a company that could help businesses navigate the complexities of the new regulations.
Through continuing legislation and business operating environment changes SBS has grown and adapted, but throughout SBS has stayed true to their original motto "A Genuine Desire to Help Others". Their belief that health and safety is not just a single company department but an overall business goal is why they have developed health and safety consulting and human resource solutions that are intrinsically linked.
To ensure SBS is offering their customers business specific customized solutions that help, SBS ensures their employees have a broad range of skills and experience and that their values align with SBS's. It is also why companies across New Zealand from multiple industries trust SBS with helping them ensure their employees are healthy, safe and respected.
