Rob also understands how health and safety impacts businesses and the requirement of safe working environments.
Rob also offers great expertise in Governance, having served two terms as an elected District Councillor and ten years as a Board of Trustees Chairman across two different schools.
Rob has been heavily involved in H&S across a range of industries and has a number of NZQA H&S qualifications including ACC WSMP Auditor, Confined Space Entry and Occupational Safety & Health. He brings a practical approach to safety in the workplace.

Marty brings with him 30 years’ experience in the logistics/transportation, farming and agricultural service industries, having worked extensively with large trucking companies within NZ. Marty has been front-line with the health and safety challenges that these industries present.

Charlaine has worked in executive leadership roles managing employees both nationally and internationally for 20 years within large corporate, public sector and privately owned enterprises. With a strong strategic focus and commercial acumen, Charlaine’s career has encompassed a variety of Human Resources roles in the Petrochemical (Oil & Gas), Engineering, Mining and Health Industries.
Charlaine holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) with a double-major in Human Resources Management and Communications Management, and is a member of HRINZ.

Dean brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in Contract Management, Sales and Marketing, and Production and Processes, with qualifications to complement these.
His knowledge of these industries in conjunction with Health & Safety will assist businesses into making the right decisions towards implementing appropriate H&S and HR solutions.
In his spare time, Dean trains horses and manages other livestock. He looks forward to forming new and ongoing relationships to provide solutions for all businesses.

Kirsten is a Senior Administrator with over 30 years of experience, having worked in multiple industries undertaking many different roles in an executive capacity. Her ethos is to provide professional confidential business and administration services to a high quality. Ra is an Office Administrator with approx. 20 years of experience, having worked in government agencies and the oil & gas industry. She will be the first point of contact in the office and will provide our clients with prompt efficient service.
Ra’s claim to fame is having completed her 20th marathon in 2018, with 15 of those being the Baylys Mountain to Surf Marathon in Taranaki. That’s impressive! Her self-motivation will keep our office running smoothly.
